Early Bird Payment Deadline: October 15, 2026 
If you are unable to attend after registration, please formally notify the CNS Secretariat via email at treasurer@cns.org.cn.

3. Cancellation Policy

• 100% refund: Cancellation made 1 month prior to the conference
• 50% refund: Cancellation made 2 weeks prior to the conference
• No refund: Cancellation made 1 week prior to the conference

4. Payment Methods

(1) Online Payment 
Alipay, WeChat Pay and Online Banking are accepted. 
Note: If you access the link via WeChat on mobile, only WeChat Pay and Online Banking are available (Alipay is not supported). Corporate cards shall be bound to Alipay or Online Banking in advance. 
(2) Bank Transfer 
Please indicate your full name in the transfer remarks. You must complete online registration first: go to Online Payment and select Bank Transfer to obtain the account information (no revision will be allowed otherwise). 
After the transfer, please send your name, contact number, transfer receipt and relevant information to treasurer@cns.org.cn for invoice issuance.
(3) On-site Registration 
Alipay, WeChat Pay and cash are accepted.

若临时有变化不能参会，请以邮件形式正式通知学会秘书处treasurer@cns.org.cn

3、取消参会

会议召开前1个月取消参会，退100%注册费；会议召开前2周取消参会，退50％会议注册费；会议召开前1周取消参会，不退注册费。

4、支付方式

(1) 线上缴费：支付宝、微信、网银（手机微信打开链接只能用微信和网银支付，不能使用支付宝，公务卡支付请确认已绑定支付宝或网银）均可以支付。  
(2) 银行转账：转账必须备注参会者的姓名，并且务必在网站上注册——点击在线支付——选择银行转账，您将看到银行转账信息，否则无法更改缴费信息。转账完成后，请将参会名称、转账凭证、参会姓名、联系电话等发送至treasurer@cns.org.cn，以方便开具会议注册费发票。 
(3) 现场注册：支持支付宝、微信及现金支付。
