缴费信息 Registration & Payment

支付方式： 
• 线上缴费：支付宝，微信，网银（手机微信打开链接只能用微信和网银支付，不能使用支付宝，公务卡支付请确认已绑定支付宝或网银） 
• 银行转账：转账必须备注“神经发育+参会者姓名”，且务必在网站上注册——点击在线支付——选择银行转账，您将看到银行转账信息，否则无法更改缴费信息。转账完成后，请将参会名称、转账凭证、参会姓名、联系电话等发送至treasurer@cns.org.cn，以便开具注册费发票（在线支付不需要发邮件）。

Notes:
1. Students must present a valid student ID for on-site registration. Postdoctoral fellows, residents and laboratory technicians are not classified as students.
2. Participants should confirm their identity before payment. Invoices issued under a corporate name will be deemed for corporate representatives by default. Electronic invoices will be issued by default and sent to the registered email address within one month after the conference (sender: Nuonuo Network).
3. Cancellation Policy: 100% refund for cancellations received before April 8; 50% refund for cancellations received from April 9 to April 30; No refund for cancellations received after April 30.
4. Travel and accommodation are at the participant's own expense.
Payment Methods
1. Online Payment: Alipay, WeChat Pay, online banking (WeChat browser only supports WeChat Pay and online banking; Official card payments require pre-binding to Alipay or online banking in advance).
2. Bank Transfer: First, complete your registration on the official website. Then, when making the bank transfer, please include "Neural Development + [Participant's Full Name]" in the transfer remarks. After registration, click "Online Payment" and select "Bank Transfer" to access the bank transfer details (this step is necessary to activate the payment method). After the transfer, send the participant’s full name, bank transfer receipt and contact number to treasurer@cns.org.cn to request your invoice.
